Who we are
Elido Cortex is operated by Elido Technology (“we”, “us”). Contact: agent@elidocortex.com.
What we collect
- Account data — email, password hash or Google sign-in identifiers, plan and billing status
- Usage data — Agent/chat request counts, model routing metadata, approximate cost metering for your plan
- Payment data — processed by Stripe or local payment partners; we do not store full card numbers
- Technical logs — IP, user agent, and error logs needed to run and secure the service
Code in your workspace stays on your machine unless you send it to Cortex Agent. Gateway requests may include prompts and context you attach in chat.
How we use data
- Authenticate you and enforce plan limits
- Route Agent requests to configured model providers
- Bill subscriptions and prevent abuse
- Improve reliability and support
Providers
We use infrastructure and AI providers (for example OpenRouter and other model vendors configured for your plan). Those providers process prompts under their own terms when traffic is routed to them.
Cookies & local storage
We use cookies or local storage for session and dashboard sign-in. See the browser storage for your account token after you sign in.
Retention
Account and usage records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, security, and legal obligations.

Children
Elido Cortex is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
