Elido Technology provides Elido Cortex (the IDE), Cortex Agent, and related gateway APIs at elidocortex.com (“Service”). Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact agent@elidocortex.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Plans & payments
Free and paid plans are described on Pricing. Paid plans renew until canceled. Usage limits and model availability may apply. Taxes may be added where required. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, billing, or security controls
- Do not use the Service for unlawful activity or to violate others’ rights
- Do not reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law
Your content
You retain ownership of code and content you create. You grant us a limited license to process prompts and context you send through Cortex Agent solely to provide the Service (including routing to model providers).
AI output
Agent and model outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code before shipping it.
Intellectual property
Elido Cortex, Cortex Agent, branding, and the Service software are owned by Elido Technology or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elido Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account closure via email.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised terms.
